Plain English · updated 17 October 2026
This is a free converter, provided as-is. Keep your original, and check anything that
matters before you rely on the converted file.
What it is good at
- At its best: prose, multi-column documents and slides — contracts, letters, reports,
legal documents, papers and decks.
- Converts, not yet at parity: table-heavy documents such as invoices, statements and
price lists. Every conversion comes with a report of what it did; check the tables.
- Print-only: forms convert to look like the original, not to be filled in.
- Scans: up to 6 pages, read by OCR on request. OCR can misread words, so check the text
against your PDF.
- Out of scope: right-to-left scripts such as Arabic and Hebrew, Chinese,
Japanese and Korean text, maths-heavy documents, and filled-in or mixed forms. They may convert, but we
make no promise about them.
Limits
- PDF files up to 25 MB and 16 pages.
- A daily number of conversions per visitor and a limit on how many run at once. Traffic that looks
automated may be slowed or refused.
Your documents
- They stay yours. We claim no rights in them; how we handle them is on the
privacy page.
- Only upload documents you have the right to convert.
